Jiahua Machinery has been deeply engaged in the precision machinery manufacturing field for nearly 20 years. With high-precision component processing and intelligent equipment R&D capabilities, it has become a key part of PH Hydraulics' global supply chain. The cooperation between the two parties began in 2010, with Jiahua Machinery providing over 50 types of core transmission components for PH Hydraulics' hydraulic systems, achieving a product yield rate of 99.6% for eight consecutive years, helping PH Hydraulics maintain technological leadership in fields such as construction machinery and marine hydraulics.
During the celebration, Chairman Zhang Nianhua delivered a speech as a supplier representative, emphasizing that Jiahua Machinery always takes "technological advancement and global service" as its mission. Through digital production management and flexible manufacturing systems, it meets the stringent requirements of partners for product performance and delivery efficiency. He particularly pointed out: "PH Hydraulics' global vision and technological innovation needs drive Jiahua to continuously break through process limits. The pulley model presented this time,Pulley model, is crafted using our independently developed precision micro-engraving technology, not only replicating the prototype of the first hydraulic transmission component from our cooperation but also symbolizing the 'seamless engagement and efficient transmission' of Chinese intelligent manufacturing with the global industrial chain."
The CEO of PH Hydraulics highly praised Jiahua Machinery's contributions when receiving the gift: "Jiahua is not just a supplier, but also a co-creator of technology. Taking the celebration as an opportunity, Jiahua Machinery and PH Hydraulics further reached a strategic consensus: both parties will establish aJoint Laboratory for Lightweight Hydraulic Systems, focusing on the application of new materials and the R&D of low-carbon production processes, planning to launch a new generation of environmentally friendly hydraulic components by 2025, reducing production energy consumption by more than 30%. At the same time, Jiahua Machinery announced an investment of 50 million yuan to upgrade its intelligent production line, building a full lifecycle carbon footprint management system, sharing green manufacturing experiences with global partners.
Chairman Zhang Nianhua stated at the technical seminar: "Chinese manufacturing is shifting from 'scale-driven' to 'value-driven'.
