Full of Vitality, Showcasing Our Talent; United in Heart, Striving for the Future
On April 26, 2025, Jiangsu Jiahua Machinery Technology Co., Ltd.'s first employee recreational sports meet opened enthusiastically within the company. Themed "Enjoy Sports, Unite Together," the event attracted over 60 employees from departments including administration, production, and sales. Through a blend of creative competitions and teamwork, it showcased the vibrant spirit of Jiahua people.
Creative Events Ignite the Competition; Full Participation, Shared Joy
Unlike traditional sports meets, this event focused on "fun" and "cooperation," carefully designing eight distinctive events. In the "Pointing to the Immortals" event, employees worked together to complete the competition, fully demonstrating the cooperation between the company's various departments; the "Dribbling and Running Back and Forth" event tested everyone's balance, with laughter filling both the field and its surroundings. The final event, "United Tug-of-War," broke down departmental barriers, promoting cross-departmental communication through randomly formed teams.
Sales Department's Manager Yan, after winning the championship in the "Fishing for the Moon" event, excitedly stated: "These events test both our hands-on abilities and are full of childlike fun, allowing us to recapture the passion of our school sports days."
Cultural Unity Paints the Future; The Spirit of Struggle is Passed Down
After intense competition, the champions of each event were finally revealed. At the closing ceremony, the organizing committee specially added the "Best Spirit Award" and the "默契搭档奖" (this phrase is untranslatable without more context, so it is retained in the original Chinese) to recognize teams that demonstrated teamwork and innovative spirit during the competition. Many employees spontaneously formed "cheerleading squads," using creative slogans and dances to cheer on their colleagues, showcasing the vitality and talent of Jiahua people outside of work.
"This sports meet is not only a test of physical fitness but also a crucible for team cohesion." The event's chief planner and administrative director said in his speech, "In the future, we will develop the recreational sports meet into an annual tradition and add events such as family open days and skill-based recreational competitions to deeply embed the concept of 'happy work, healthy life' into the company culture."
As the sun set, the sports meet, filled with laughter and joy, came to a successful conclusion. However, the team cohesion and fighting spirit ignited during the event are transforming into new driving forces for the company's high-quality development. This vibrant event not only injected a lively footnote into Jiahua Machinery Technology's corporate culture but also depicted a warm picture of a modern enterprise that values people and shares growth.
