1、 Aluminum plate texture
Bending should be done according to the aluminum plate texture. It cannot be bent parallel. It can be bent along the straight line direction.
2、Hardness of customized aluminum sheet for sheet metal enclosure
The hardness of the aluminum plate directly affects the bending and cracking of the aluminum plate. The hardness is too high and easy to crack. Then, when processing the aluminum plate, choose a batch of high quality aluminum. Check the quality of aluminum according to the product trademark and product status. Commonly used aluminum has 1 series and 3 series, and high hardness has 6 series and 7 series. Annealing treatment is required before processing so that the aluminum plate is in o state before bending.

3, R angle bending angle
R angle bending the larger the angle is easier to bend, so the bending R angle should be as large as possible.
4、Sheet metal enclosure custom aluminum plate thickness
If the thickness of the aluminum plate is too thick, it is not easy to bend, so you can choose a thinner aluminum plate for processing.
5、Aluminum plate deep drawing
The better processing procedure should be bending first and then deep drawing, so as to reduce the probability of cracking.
