7、Surface treatment: The surface treatment methods for different plates are different. Surface plating is generally carried out after cold plate processing, and no spray treatment is carried out after plating. Select phosphating treatment, phosphating treatment after spraying treatment. The surface of the plating plate should be cleaned, degreased, and then sprayed.

8、After the spraying is completed, enter the installation process. In the whole process, wear gloves to prevent hand dust from adhering to the workpiece, and part of the workpiece should be cleaned with an air gun.

9、After the assembly is completed, enter into the packaging process, after checking, put the workpiece into the special packing bag for protection.
